Breakthrough Sessions

A lot of people’s lives could work better if it wasn’t for some particular issue or behaviour that effects them. Some examples of challenges that past clients come to me for are:

  • Fears and Phobias
  • Anger
  • OCD
  • Pain
  • Guilt/Shame
  • Relationship issues
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Addiction
  • Lack of confidence
  • Fear of Public speaking
  • Eating disorders
  • Any medical condition that the Dr has said is “all in your head”.

If you have a specific issue, or a number of issues that you’d like to resolve really fast – for good- then I offer intensive breakthrough sessions of three hours or more in person.

Couples are also welcome.

And quite often we will work out in the streets of even the mountains. I rarely stay sat in my office for long!
