When it comes to Business coaching, I dislike Power Point presentations and rarely use a white board.

All of my coaching skills and abilities come from real life experiences.  I’ve become successful the hard way, by starting BIG fires and then learning – on my toes- how to put them out.

You may wish to think twice about hiring me to work with your business if you’re seeking a diluted coaching experience that is just like all of the others.

I’m discerning about where I work and I relish getting stuck into the big challenges, the most difficult of employees, the most stuck deals and negotiations and the seemingly impossible ‘big picture’ challenges that many companies are currently facing.

I specialize in shifting the unhelpful and un-resourceful beliefs and behaviors of people in ways that are outside of the box.  Actually, I’m going to assert here that there is NO box.

Bottom line matters to me; I work to help your company gain a competitive advantage in the market place.

I can coach current leaders to become more effective, and I coach effective employees to become leaders.

I can guide new teams and already established teams to be able to create their internal coaching systems.

I have a primary value of creating self-reliance with individuals and teams, so that when I am taken out of the picture I can leave your company to generate it’s own solutions and strategies of excellence.

Troubleshooting for companies of any size is something I just love to do.

As a director of four companies in Leisure, Film, Wellness and Business Training I also offer consulting alongside my change work.
